"Complete" list of serverside mods.

There are a lot of serverside mods, seems are very good, and a lot of then include the .java source files!.

This make then very interesting to learn, and to reuse code (possibly with permissions with the authors)

I will start linking then here. I just started!.. It probably will take me very long to have a few :-/, is hard to search these.
